It has changed somewhat since being taken over by a major supermarket. Like most places it is working under covid regulations. A good number of items are not in stock they say due to covid. As it was taken over during covid it would not be right to say much more. Although staff do seem to be more friendly and more willing to help you find an item.

After traveling 45 minutes and then queuing up in the wind and rain for 15 minutes - the reception staff refused to let me in. Even though I had my bookers card they wanted ID to prove I was the account holder which I am. However i didn’t have any ID on me and this was a wasted trip for me due to staff being unfriendly and awkward. They didnt ask anyone else for ID, only me? Maybe some tacial discrimination going on. Definitely won’t be visiting here again - going to cancel my subscription and move to best ways. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and will be reporting to head office.

I m really glad to see more compostable and eco friendly packaging but really wish you guys gIt rid of you thousands of polystyrene food containers. There is zero need for it. It’s harmful for the public when in contact with hot food, it never disappears from the earth. As a giant wholesaler you have the power to make a difference and ban your suppliers, in turn hopefully they’ll change their products.
